ABOUT INTENTIONAL CREATIVITY

Intentional Creativity is a movement founded by US Artist, poet and Entrepeneur Shiloh Sophia Mcloud. This method invites one to approach creative practice with a sense of mindfulness and purpose. It is a process whereby personal inquiry is at the heart of creation thus allowing the canvas or whatever is being worked on; to become a place where what lives inside can be fully expressed into form. Through bringing into form our deepest desires, messages and information from within, transformation and healing are possible.

I graduated as an Intentional Creativity coach after completing Shiloh Sophia’s intensive teacher training in 2013 and have since taught up to 100 classes that focus on utilizing creative process as a path to re-connect to self and to the earth.

Your Guide and Facilitator:

Calling all eARTh sisters!

Now more than ever we are being called to stand up for mother earth, to protect her, to heal her, to respect her, to honour her – but before any of this is possible it is essential we restore and recognise our sacred and symbiotic relationship to the earth. A relationship which indigenous peoples of the world have known since time beginning.

I invite you to join me and a group of likeminded women on a creative nature immersion designed for you to re-connect back to and remember your sacred relationship with the earth through Shamanic journeying, ritual & ceremony, drawing in nature and painting using Intentional creativity and Soulscape processes to bring to life your own unique image of Tree Woman.

The intention of this retreat is to:

CONNECTback to nature physically by spending quality, quiet time nourishing and relaxing on 45 acres of lush bushland in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
CELEBRATE woman in nature and the life giving, healing qualities of the tree.
VISION your body as the body of the earth through deep Shamanic drum journey and active meditation.
HONOUR the earth and your place in it through sacred circle, ritual and Red Thread ceremony.
OBSERVE by drawing in and from nature
CREATE a BIG mixed media painting of Tree Woman; she who reflects and reminds you of your relationship and responsibility to the earth.

TREE WOMAN

ABOUT SOULSCAPE:

Soulscape TM is an instinctive & experimental mixed media process based painting method informed by a close observation of the natural world and of your inner, dream world. Through the merging of these two worlds on canvas a SOULSCAPE TM is created.

The images created are essentially spontaneous and impromptu; born from natural, instinctive creative impulses. I seldom have a plan or even know what it is going to happen on the canvas. Not unlike intuitive methods, it is a process whereby thecanvas often informs the artist, the story unfolding layer-by-layer, mark-by-mark. It is a process suited to any level of art skill

“Soulscape is where earth connection meets creative expression.”
